Fatlek 54:00 [3] 6.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

15 min wu and then 20 min cooldown. 12 laps at track of hard on the straights and float the curves. there is a track about .5 miles from my work so that is just fine. Really focused on staying relaxed and not grimacing. If I was starting to grimace, I slowed down just a bit. I enjoyed this workout.

Super easy to and from gym for weights in the evening.
