John Bauer Trail Run, 18 km
After a week of hardly any training I wished I'd entered the 10 k class instead. Tried to not kill myself on the first lap and it was ok apart from the up hills. Felt like I had nothing to push with and up the skislope I could feel my calves start cramping. Second lap was getting tougher for every up hill and I nearly cried walking up the skislope. Finished third
