Stockholm Trail, 21 km

Fun and felt pretty good. Didn't see any girls from about 3 k in and at about 10 k I was worried I'd set off too fast. But it got better on the way back and felt pretty strong up Hammarbybacken. Looked back halfway up the hill and saw Filipa whitch made me a bit nervous but not far to go so managed to win pretty comfortably

Stafesten 5km, got to run a leg in Helena's work team. Planned to run it no faster than 20 min though to save myself for Saturday. Felt a bit tired so was a little bit slower but thats ok, was fun!
