Another good day in the forest, happy with my run. A couple of mistakes I the circle and nearly messed up no 8 but managed to relocate at no 9 which was very close to it. No big mistakes though so I'm pleased.

No problem with my throats today but got a bit of a cold, fine running with though

Very nice forest and fun orienteering!
Throat not feeling a 100% so aiming to only focus on the orienteering and I think it went pretty well! A few 20 sec here and there but pleased overall

Been feeling tired and lacking energy but having more of a headache as well recently. Been to the doctors but no answers, going back if I'm not feeling better soon.
