Easy at the gym with Cat. Starting to feel better but still a bit of a sore throat

Jog to and from the training in Hökarängen. + recovery

Running intervals 21:00 [5] 5.6 km (3:45 / km)

Intervals along Nynäsvägen.
7x3 min with 1.5 min recovery

Feeling pretty good. Calves and hamstrings started to feel very tight and sore the last few intervals but better as soon as I got moving again.
