Höstlunken with Josh. Josh did most of the orienteering and I was running behind checking direction. Legs were not feeling as fresh as they could've and I was struggling towards the end. It was good fun though and I think we did pretty well!

Snowy and icy today. Legs are still achy from body pump and wasn't sure how hard to run today. Ended up running with a guy and Josh helped out pacing but not a very fast time.
