Was helping at the Stockholm Trail race and got a bit bored stood in the forest wathcing runners, so I did a few drills and exercises

SM sprint relay

Last leg, not really anyone near me so I was able to do my own thing. Fell for the trap to the first control but managed to save it alright. Apart from that the orienteering went well and I ran at a comfortable speed. Got tired and weak towards the end though but that's sort of expected..
