Stopped on our way home from the summer house. Really nice area just on the other side of the ferry. Again, slow slow session just trying to orienteer, made it a little bit trickier without a compass.

Went for a longish jog with Josh, trying to keep my HR proper low. A bit of stopping and some walking up hills, as I seem to get full of lactic acid every little incline.

Shortened the middle course, feeling like absolute shite. Still nice to get out. Orienteered well but going so so slow, felt like I was working a lot harder for the speed I was running.

Stockholm City Cup 1, Reimersholme/Högalid

Had made up a plan, not to go too hard and just focus on the orienteering. Felt pretty good warming up though so probably forgot a bit about the plan.. It went ok in the beginning but was caught up by two girls, guess it got me a bit annoyed and I tried to hang on until it was just too hard work and I didn't really see the point. Really disappointing and upsetting, not running any more City Cup this year.
