Running long 2:21:17 [2] 20.3 km (6:58 / km) +264m 6:32 / km
ahr:161 max:179

Stockholm Trail test run
Ran with a faster group this time which was good. Didn't plan on doing 20km but we were short of people.. Felt alright today though so it was fine. Got a bit lost again but pretended to know where I was until I got on the right path haha

Running 29:00 [2] 5.6 km (5:11 / km)
ahr:167 max:184

Not sure how I'm feeling.. Like I've got a slight head ache and a slight sore throat when I swallow but don't really feel ill and it's been like this for days now.
Although it seems to get worse if I train.. I decided to go for a steady jog because it makes me really upset just to sit in and ponder it.

Note
(sick)

Not feeling well after yesterday.. Seem like I can't get totally free from it, as soon as I feel better and go for a run, it gets bad again...

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering race 49:11 [4] 8.93 km (5:30 / km) +142m 5:06 / km
ahr:183 max:191

Mila Stockholm by night, Gullmarsplan

Wasn't feeling great to start with but really wanted to run. Had a bit of an unfair gaffle to the first control and ended up a bit behind, on my own. At the map change I was stood like a lemon, couldn't see the next control (it was stupidly hidden!!) so I flipped the map over and could not work it out!! :( finally realised and saw the control on the other side of the bridge.. After that it went ok but I eased off a bit and wasn't very happy when I finished..

Drills/strides 5:00 [1]

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Running intervals 16:00 [5] 4.3 km (3:43 / km)
ahr:189 max:192

4x4min intervals along Örbyleden (no snow or ice!) with 3 min recovery

First two went well, the third one i had to slow down because I felt a bit light headed and sick..

Only did 6 (out of 10) of the 30 sec sprints afterwards. And also only 20 sec recovery feels a bit short for them sort of sprints...

Running intervals 3:00 [5] 0.9 km (3:20 / km)

6x30sec sprints, 20 sec recovery
