Really pleased to finally run under 40! Felt horrendous though and didnt think I would make it until I saw the finish banner. Course was really hard, barely any flat bits at all, either a slight uphill or slight down hill. Legs felt completely numb and just couldn't hang on to the women running past me on the last 5k
