Venla Relay 4th leg

So nice terrain, very fast but a bit tricky on the far end of the course. There was quite a bit of tracks to help you find the control most of the times. Still manged to make mistakes, two bigger ones. But other than that I ran pretty well, felt fast. And I'm glad I managed to keep it together towards the end, could've lost quite a few more places than I did.
All the girls ran well and pleased with the over all result! 54th place, the goal was to be top 50 but 54th is not far off!

Stockholm City Cup Final

Chasing start, stressed and didn't concentrate even though I knew it was going to be tricky in the beginning. Made some small mistakes and got a bit tired towards the end and lost the people I'd caught up with. But still climed a place so quite pleased.

Ran out of time to warm up because I was busy helping. Didn't warm down because the prize giving was as soon as we'd finished so got changed and couldn't be asked afterwards..
