Long orienteering run in Svartvik. Went pretty well and nice to get out in the forrest

Club night training, i was in a foul mood at the start then could be arsed, got lost to my first control so jogged back

but i will run this course again on saturday

6x5min intervals. Not run on roads for a while so that hurt my knees aand shins. Tried to run them like threshold instead of running them as hard as i could but it was hard since everyone else was running them really hard.
