Really really nice terrain; technically hard but very runnable.
A bit shaky to first control. Then fine until the long leg to 5, came off my bearing, too far to the right and got a bit confused but managed to relocate and took the control well. Missed the next two controls but after that was ok. Really enjoyed this!

A shorter long distance. Shadowing two girls but both good speed. Starting to feel a bit tired, legs a bit achy

Shadowed Ebba, really quick and no mistakes at all. Really good fun! The forest was pretty rough but good training. We raced on one leg, she wanted to go right so I went left. Luckily I got there a few seconds before her! Boosh

First session, middle distance course. Shadowed three different girls, w16. Not too fast.

Afternoon session. Long distance course, shadowed one girl round the course but quite a few mistakes

6x3min intervals round the hökarängen loop, really hilly, lots of up and down. Had a stitch the whole way though, really annoying!
I've lost my Garmin charger so don't know how far I ran, speed or heart rate...
