Snowdon from Pen y Pass via Crib Goch and some steep knife edge.

More of a scrabble than a run going up. Couldn't run at all up there, was crawling on all four and thought 'if I fall, I'll die!' which was true...

Then from the cafe down to Llanberis, sat off running but fell over and hurt my knee so walked the rest

From the cottage with Barrie and Josh, up Drum and then down the other side. Felt pretty good running up hill, steady downhill. Really enjoyed it despite the weather!
