Same area as yesterday but only the nice bit, no green thank god! Really liked this day, orienteered ok but felt a bit slow. Still trying to learn how to run with a base plate, not quite got the hang of it yet

Felt really slow to start with but was actually running it very fast, felt good the rest of the session. Did 6x 1000km at threshold. Between 4.20-4.25 min/km
