Last leg in the women's relay, we were doing pretty well and I managed to climb 4 places on my leg. I'm pretty happy with my run, only a couple of small mistakes. Ran quite hard to keep up with the pack but was really really tired in the end.

Forgot my Garming so not sure about the time but somewhere there abouts. Hökarängsskogen, ran a short course about 3,5km. Took it easy but orienteered well
