JK Day 3, Craig a Barns
W21E, Course 2 - 6.9km, 410m Climb

This was proper hard work, a lot of climb and the forest was quite rough in places. Made a big mistake to the first control and to no. 6, after that only a few small ones. Although I was pretty slow and made some mistakes I'm quite pleased with my run, focusing on what I did right.

JK Day 2, Dunalastair
W21E, Course 2 - 4.4km

Little miss to first control then fine until no. 6 where I came off my bearing, too far to the right but realised my mistake as I came past the marsh on the wrong side. Another mistake to no. 13 but other than that I'm pretty happy with my run. Was very tired towards the end, it was a tough course with quite a lot of climb. Really ejoyed it though!

JK 2012 Sprint, Livingston

Really enjoyed this, quite a good course and I felt pretty good. No big mess-ups but a couple of small mistakes and a bit hesitant in a few places. Also missed the short route to the last control which was a bit stupid..

A few controls, didn't do all of it cause the start was further away than we'd thought. But really nice forest, good fun
