W21 Short Brown, 8,2 km

Had a bit of a sore throat so wasn't going to run too hard. Really really fast terrain but held back a little bit. Pretty easy orienteering but really enjoyable. And did manage to make a few small mistakes when I didn't use my compass enough.

Felt pretty good, ran all the intervals in just under 4.30.
Knees a bit sore afterwards
