Ran the blue course 7.4 km

Not too bad, pretty simple area though and I didn't feel like I was running hard enough. I was focusing on the control flow, managed that alright. Was wearing my runningshoes though but it was a lot more woodland than I'd thought so really should've worn my rubber studs. I was slipping around in the mud and was more cautious which made me slower.

Went to the gym and did some strenght training because my shins are a bit sore and calves achy. Cycled there and back
