I did the shorter one in 13.53mins and the longer one in 15.06
Felt pretty fast and didn't make any mistakes except for some route choices I should've done differently

Track session at uni
Start running 400m in 5k pace and every other 400m 10sec slower. Felt a bit weird with just 10sec slower as your recovery. It was almost like having no recovery at all.
I tried to run mine at 1.40 and 1.50 but I'm not quite that fast..
