JK Long
Today was tough, much climb and fast running. I didn't feel very good at either one of those two things and my orientering was pretty shit as well. Felt so tired and my shin hurt really bad.

JK Middle
Pretty tricky but i set off knowing it was going to be difficult so had to go slow to get into it. Managed to keep cancentration quite well on most of the course, did about three mistakes, but I'm happy with my run
