Levels are up to normal and this week I've felt really good, been able to run so fast and not been too run down at all really. Happy happy! Shame some controls weren't as good as others..

Starting in 8th in the chasing start. Really bad race and turned out that I had punched the wrong control. Ran really well on the long leg to no 1 but punched the wrong control, too early at the edge of my control circle..

If I hadn't mispunched I would've kept my place and finished 8th overall.

Another day on the fell. Started off very badly, missed the first control and another couple of mistakes to 3 and 5. After that I was flying though, really fun! Shame about them mistakes...

Pretty good race but unfortunately I lost focus towards the end and missed no 6, 7 and 8 (probably the easiest control on the course). About 5 min of mistakes in total.

Ran really well in the beginning, a mistake near the control at no 4 and didn't run very straight to no 5. To 6th control I was running on my compass, came to the wrong control and ran off trying to relocate.. Think I lost about 5 min to that control and 7min in total
