Sat off quite easy to see how I felt, had a bit of a cold and wasn't feeling 100% yet. Running was ok but was thinking of quitting at the first map change after 1h 15. But was apparently in the top 5 so decided to keep going. After the second loop I thought I as finishing but turned out that we had yet another loop. So tired but wanted to hold on to the group, made a 20sec mistake and lost them but towards the end I could see them again. Had to work hard on achy legs but managed to overtake one girl on the run in. Ended up in 7th
