Day 2 - Carse of Ardersier

Was doing well and was really enjoying it until the 12th control.. I started reading from no. 12 but was actually running from the 11th. So stupid, got all the way to no.13 and realised something was wrong when I looked at my discriptions. Lost a bit of focus after that and was really annoyed! But other than that it was a good race

Not done much sand dunes at all before but managed pretty well today. Totally messed up the two controls in the green bit in the end. Lost over 7 min only on them two controls! :(

We did 16x30sec around the track, was supposed to do 16x30sec x2 with 15 sec recovery.... Felt horrible after the first 16 intervals so sacked it off. Should have loads more recovery

Felt like I was running quite nicely though

I'd said that I was going to come with Josh on his pre work morning run, thought it was a good idea at the time.

Not used to getting up this early, and took a little while before my body had woken up properly. Nice run though, felt good afterwards

Felt good, not sore whilst running!

Steady run from the summer house. Ran down to Laggarsvik and then on to the forest loop. Really nice day

Foot started feeling sore after about half of the run and very sore afterwards

Went out for a steady jog before work. Legs and calves especially are SO achy, can't walk normally hahha

In the very end of my run, the outside of my left foot started feeling very sore. Not sure why..
