Felt a bit slow and hesitant in the beginning and probably picked the wrong route on the long leg. But it was a good course and I'm pleased I'm in the chasing start for the final!

Cycled to Ågesta and ran the 10km loop with Josh and John. Very muddy and a lot of wet marsh. Fallen trees everywhere but quite good training for an orienteer I guess

Sundsvall Silva League Final

Didn't have any points from previous Silva events so I started in the mass start. Just as nice terrain as yesterday!
Ran in the front of the group and we kept catching people up. On the second long leg the group split and I took the right route togheter with three other runners. So tired after the first loop and was so relieved when the second loop was quite short. Over all a very good race, was 13th on the day and climed a few places in total.

Centrum Team Sprint at Skansen!

Ran in a team with my sister, two legs each.
Cool area but pretty shit planning. First courrse was quite dull, a lot of running. I managed to make a mistake in the end and took a stupid route choice, other than that was fine.
Second course was fine except for the missing out of a control...
One of the controls in the zoo was right next to another control and the ring was cut in so many places for some wierd reason that I didn't even notice there was a control there. A lot of people did the exact same thing so they thought there was some technical problem with it but turned out it was just stupid planning.

Very tricky area, with a few different levels but so badly mapped... I didn't understand it and made lots of mistakes and was standing still, scratching my haed a few times. Because of the different levels, the best route was a long way off the line so even if I had found it I thought "no, this cant be the fastest, it's miles off"

10mila Womens Relay

Second leg after Tove who came in 68th, 3.58 behind the leader. A bit of a gap in front of me so I ran quite hard on the long run out. Got tired and thought I'd run too hard the first bit but I recovered after a bit. Caught some people up and ran in a group for a bit, got a bit split up but we kept catching other runners up. Handed over as 39th.
No mistakes really and I'm very happy with my run, 24th best time on my leg.

Our team was 44th, all really pleased!
