Really nice terrain and fun orienteering. Was really good when I allowed myself some time to plan, unfortunately didn't always do that so missed the two first controls and two in the end.

Was feeling a bit funny before training. Had a headache and extremely tired but decided to get out and see how it felt. Once I got going it was ok, HR pretty high for the effort I put in, just very tired

First Tuesday training without a lamp! Felt good running but made a little mistake in the beginning which meant I was on my own. After that I got stuck in lots of green and had a little meltdown, too soft for this shit terrain

A little tired from the weekend, went for a recovery jog with Josh and Penny. Love my new watch and using HR again but really struggling to stay in the right zone for my easy runs. Going veeery slow but still out of zone 2. Think the zones need adjusting a bit
