Happy with my performance, felt strong even though I got tired on the last loop.

I learnt that I can invest time to make sure I have a plan for every control and feel more confident with my own orienteering.

First Tuesday training without a lamp! Felt good running but made a little mistake in the beginning which meant I was on my own. After that I got stuck in lots of green and had a little meltdown, too soft for this shit terrain

A little tired from the weekend, went for a recovery jog with Josh and Penny. Love my new watch and using HR again but really struggling to stay in the right zone for my easy runs. Going veeery slow but still out of zone 2. Think the zones need adjusting a bit
