Been really excited and was looking forward to run all day. Messed up to the first control and lots of smaller mistakes throughout. Also had to run back at one control because I thought I'd skipped the control before. Body didn't feel great either so I'm really disappointed! Been feeling tired and not very fit so planning on taking some iron again

Taking it easy and orienteering was the plan, managed alright I'd say. Felt good running, kept good speed but didn't push at all. Two smaller mistakes but apart from that the orienteering was good

Rånässtafetten first leg. Missed no 3 quite a bit but then I ran well until the control before the spectator. Ran quite a bit on my own. Last loop started off well but then I made some pretty stupid mistakes, maybe got a bit tired and a bit stressed..

Was running well and happy with my orienteering for most of the course.
