SM relay, first leg

Was doing really well (3rd) until just after the first spectator control. Lost focus in a really vague area and couldn't relocate, missing made me stress and probably made my mistake even bigger. Also made a big mistake to the second last control.
Good feeling to know I can be up there, but got a few things to work on.

Don't think my HR is correct, will try and sort that
