Jogged to Hanestorp from the club house and did a bit of orienteering in there. Felt awful so didn't do it all and jogged back instead

Sickla Trail 10

A small 10km trail race, starting from Hammarbybacken - two laps of a 5km loop in the forest towards Järlagården. Really good fun, felt very good on the first lap, especially in the forest. Had to slow down a bit on the big path in the beginning of the second lap, got very tired but after a while I felt good again and could push a bit more. I won the women's class and ran under 50min so I am very pleased! Really nice course and good arragement!

The Tunnel Run
Really pleased to finally run under 40! Felt horrendous though and didnt think I would make it until I saw the finish banner. Course was really hard, barely any flat bits at all, either a slight uphill or slight down hill. Legs felt completely numb and just couldn't hang on to the women running past me on the last 5k

Went very well in the beginning and in the end. Had a bit of a nightmare in the middle of the course, made a big mistake which made me very stressed and led to lots of little mistakes. Was running fast but made about ten minutes of mistakes.....
