Plan was to do a long run today so decided to run home from work, or at least some of the way.
Felt good running but thought best not to overdo it and got on the tunnelbana at Sandsborg.

I ran the three first intervals a bit easier, tried to run at about 4.15 min/km

Last three controls (3min, 2min 1min)
Ran them hard but legs felt a bit tired after yesterday's session.

Not a great race, rushed a bit and messed up.. Enjoyed it but my legs felt very tired and calves very achy and tight.
