went for a run from katherines in crosspool , was planning on going up into the peaks and going for a 90 min run , but my hamstring ? was pretty sore , i think its because im having a growth spurt at the moment , my portion size is double , and this is the 4th thing i have got in 2 weeks ? . so going to take it a bit easier .

anyway , from Katherines , down into ran moor , then up porter to forge dam then back to Katherines through sandy gate . dang

Warming up , long run and then a few easy drills .

Intervals with the club at coombe dingle , 15x 1 min intervals , 30secs jogging recovery . It was dark this time on the field and felix had gone to uni so i had no one to really push me . After the first rep i was on my own out at the front , apart from some new 15 year old who decided not to recover during the recoveries and he always caught me up and ran past me to get to the front . As predicted on the 4th rep he completely burnt out and later on in the session i lapped him . Anyway it was an alright session , running style felt a bit bad as i was pretty sore in the core area from yesterdays s+c . Apart from that i got it done , and was pleased for going .

did this one a day late , as i was feeling pretty tired yesterday ! so anyway in the college gym on my own same core session which i have done over the last 5 weeks , felt a little weakish today , but still just as strong on last time , but i didnt feel like pushing for more efforts .

as per usual time doesn't include recoveries

easy evening run in the dark and rain , out from home down the hill to oldbury court , where i went out round the fields , and then i headed onto the roads for a km to avoid the dark forest , then back round the fields and back across the river up the hill and home .

i quite like running at night it feels like your running about 3x faster than you actually are , felt quite relaxed while running which was nice , felt really good on the hill at the end :-)

Running long (Team monday cotswold way ) 1:12:00 [3] 13.72 km (5:15 / km) +261m 4:48 / km

Team monday from old sodbury , then out along the cotswold way for about 7km and then turned around then came back , with mark , Keith and Charles , quite a hilly run , lots of gates which was a bit annoying , i tried to run to the side of the path where possible to strengthen my ankles , at the turn around me and keith went on a little bit longer and then turned around , after this my stomach felt pretty rough , so i stopped and went to the toilet , and then carried on , and we caught mark and charles up and went past right at the very end . Got pretty dark towards the end .
