back in the gym to do some more spinning , dont enjoy it much and i get so so hot and sweating makes my sun burn blister :/ but considering i cant do much else at the moment it will have to do :) went 10 mins longer today at a slightly steadier pace , felt pretty good :) and cycling muscles feel looser than they have done for months after a week off :) toe showing little improvement :L but i can walk a little bit more normally now :)

weve staying at the gold coast now in a hotel and our place has a gym so i went along and did a bit of cycling , not to bad managed to get my heart rate up , but it was so so so hot , the air con was broke :( anyway i did 40 mins of spinning at a steady 164-170 bpm pace then did a massive 53 second warm down !!!

only training every other day for a bit because my feet and legs always feel a bit sore the day after training :L still want to find a grass field or something to do some low impact training :/

Went body boarding in some stupidly
Big waves and when i was trying to resist the draw back current my second biggest toe went under my foot and it was so so so so painful :/ cant even walk on it now and its really swollen and i dont know what ive done to it :/ so im not going to be capable of doing much over the next few days :/

got up early to avoid the really hot weather , but it was still low 20's :L easy along the coast and back . heart rate still ridiculously high :/ still feeling generally crap :/ need to sort out my sleeping times , still a little jet lagged :L

legs feeling a bit better today . the swelling on my ankles has gone down quite a fair bit aswell , not sure about running today i will see how it all feels later :)
