lakeside . did 1 out of about 12 exercises this weekend , :L on the plus side lots of really good advice , on the minus time to take quite a bit of time off

walked round a contour only course , so frustrating not being able to run in such nice terrain :L

jogged round a simplification exercise at dale park ( grathwaite ) heel was sore on the heels , jogged round 2 controls on an attack-points exercise and got to nukmber 2 and just seriously lost interest and realised it was pointless running on my heel got depressed and walked back , spent the rest of the day talking to various coaches and getting some really good advice for next season :) gutted i couldn't run at holne moor or the ultrasprint

Heel showing little improvment :/ going to let this completly recover dont want an injury going into next season :/ really annoying though , need to think about lakeside this weekend :L

pretty poor , just arms and a little bit of spinning , really struggled to get my heart rate above 150 on the bike :L

Into college and back , heel feeling an incy bit better but still quite sore :/ especially when first waking up :L didnt go to the gym today , got lots of work , having a bit of a rest week in general this week trying to clea everything up , so hopefully should be feeling fresh on the weekend :)
