3km time trail at bath university. pretty dissapointed with my time , slower than my first 3k in the Weston prom 5 mile run back in November :O and my vdot is over 3 lower but it felt quite relaxed and its a good place to start at for beggining to train again after my injury's . heart rate monitor went a bit mad at the start , but it seemed to generally around the 185-190 bpm mark
