steady long run from home up round past uwe and across purdown down to eastville park and back along the frome valley through Oldbury court. really really wet out massive puddles taking up the whole of some roads and up to my knees in one place . it was raining all through the run .and up on purdown on the grass it was ridiculously slippy :( and just one massive bog , i should have taken my o shoes really . on the plus side its nice to be running back in a normal temperature , on the minus side my legs felt so terrible for the whole run from knees to feet to my toe to my heel and everything :/ i think my legs are still a little swollen but hopefully it will all go down over the next few days :)

easy jog which was a walk in parts where the path had become part of the river :/ then lots of stretching , right heel a tad sore
