in the gym again for the last time :( 5 mins warm up , then a crap interval sessin of 3x2 mins with 1 min easy cycle IB then 7 mins easy cycling then another 1 min interval then a cool down . a bit of a fartlek cycle really :L
got my toe checked out , ive bruised the bone at 3 different joints and there coould be a small fracture but apparently thats nothing to worry about :) so just need to wait for the bruising to go down now :)
