Decided to take my training to the next level and did some technical training :)
Got my dad to give me a lift out to wavering down and from the bottom of the hill ran all the way up to the top of crook peak which I felt so good going up feel so strong on hills at the moment :) I then ran to the start of the bok trot 2 years ago and ran round the blue course . Went ok made one mistake on 7 by going to high but the rest of it I felt Like I was taking food route choices and reading the terrain well :) I felt like I was running well to Considering how hilly it was :) nice evening for it to . Good session :)
