Sheffield city race
At gleadless valley , one of the nicest bits in sheffield i have ever been to :)
Har a pretty good run :) will gardener caught me up on a min at 10 after i lost about 20 secs on 2 controls early on :/ then ran hard to try and get away from him and then i eventually lost sight of him and he ended up finishing 3/4 mins after me . Had a pretty good run from there felt like i was running well :)
Beat aidan by 3 mins and tom felbbaum by about 15 secs about 3 mins behind the leader( joun rocke ) and about 2.5 mins behind jonny c :)
Spent the rest of the day in sheffield with katherine which was nice :) exsausted now though
