first time running training for weeks i though i would give it a go to see how it all feels and it wasnt to bad :) quite slow jog around oldbury court went off round the top and back down the path in the middle and back through the steep fields by my house.

no warm up but a slow warm down jog back through the fields to home followed by some stretching

3 mins plank
a few press ups :P
1 min flutter kicks
