Ran with Nyla, then did some barefooting in the park. Legs felt better than yesterday, but still not 100%, maybe tomorrow.

Might have been the hardest 3 miles I've ever ran. Legs were very heavy, sore with every movement and body was extremely tired. Walked all uphills, breathing like a fat kid. Fett stil hurt and knees are still swollen.
