Ran same loop as yesterday, legs heavy and felt tired. Walked more than yesterday, eyes dry.

Legs felt tired on a few exercises. Good core work

Ran to park with Nyla and Ryan. Did a few sprints on the grass, legs felt a little heavy/tired.
