Very mediocre run, not great route choices and a few mistakes...will fill in more later

Run in great brook, ached but definitely able to run through it

Regular exercises-- toe raises, ball squats, bands, balancing with eyes closed, alternating chair touches, sitting calf flexes with 5lb weight. Added stepovers, 3x15
Plus 15min biking

Run at Estabrook; like the other long run a bit of pain that come and went but overall it felt ok
