Juicy and delicious! While eating breakfast yesterday at a vintage diner in NY, I noticed a lemon meringue pie with the meringue whipped up so high it was about 10” off the top of the pie.

That’s what I felt like laying in my resting pose after this session: firmly grounded on my mat, with the front part of my body so light and airy and joyful. A lemon meringue pie savasana! :)))
