Taught 4 classes today (3 chair, 1 mat) and this is what my body could muster. Trying not to feel bad that I didn't go farther, but good that I just managed to find time to get out there.

this is my new loop: down to FDR park, one gallup around the park and back up home. if i wanted to add a loop while in the park, i think it would be about a mile. i'll work up to that if my knees can take the pavement.
