I'm so excited! I just got these $140 shoes for $13! They are my trail running shoes I've had since 2012 - REI has a sale for half off, plus they applied my dividend. Yay! Size 8 only.

Class at closest studio Wake up, where I will be cleaning once a week so I can have free classes.

Taught 2 classes today, one in an independent living community, the other skilled nursing. What an alternate universe the latter was. One man just kept laughing and then crying, and it was difficult to tell the difference between the two. still I honestly think they got something out of it...

Crum loop; "ran" the uphills! Tiny little joggy steps. Ankle feels fine. I think it's all the ankle circles I do in the old people yoga classes!!

I'm teaching a lot this week. My vinyasa classes will be focusing on expanding the chest, basically unfurling, putting your heart out there. These heart opening poses are for some reason usually difficult for me, but leave me feeling open to everything around me without judging it.

I could sure use some yoga this morning after yesterday's O; just felt so down on myself after DNF'ing. The splits indicate even though I made some mistakes I wasn't doing as terribly as I thought I was. I kind of wish I had pushed through the ankle, as it's not hurting at all today. But I guess it was wise to be cautious.
