exploring Pennypack park with Lucy and Brian after our yoga class at the assisted living facility around the corner. Found the jawbone of some creature in a streambed there - forgot to take a pic for id. Long with pointy teeth. I'll have to go back. Kind of a trashy place, where we were, but what a beautiful day and there's a great big creek running through it.

Crum woods, where I should be "running." Felt good to get out but boy do I need to work on hills. Had to walk a portion uphill at the end. Otherwise not a bad effort for not having done anything in the Crum for a while.

Can't find my dohicky thingy that goes with the watch for uploading. :( Maybe Lucy ate it??
