Wrote out a "routine" beforehand that I might try teaching to someone who is a beginner, and tried to follow it to see how it would flow. Started with some child's pose breathing and cat cow stretches and then did 5 vinyasa series with various standing poses embedded into them. Followed by doing balance poses like tree and eagle, some backward bending poses like pigeon and bridge, and then back twists and relaxation poses. Then did almost the whole thing again not thinking but just feeling it.
