I am really getting flabby. But- really neat to jog in a city, along waterfront, then up (steep!) to city streets. I like Seattle! The climb my watch says I did CAN'T be right!!!

I have to admit, my back does hurt. Carrying luggage, sitting in cramped seat on plane...well, I hope it just goes away. Plus hotel bed is super soft. So happy to be away from winterland though!!
