The day started off well (waffles!) and then by the time I was done grocery shopping my leg/back was on fire. :( At least yesterday was some progression in the right direction! Made 2 HUGE pots of chili for tomorrow. Can't wait!

YES! My leg/back felt good this morning after doing absolutely NOTHING. So I decided to give a walk a try, but just started jogging instead, with the idea that I would stop if it got painful. It didn't! All the stretching is paying off?? I hope this magical moment lasts longer than today.

Cutest stretching ever, with my 4-yr old niece who showed me a few of her favorite stretches, like "kiss the knees" where you're stretching your hamstrings while sitting. Yes, we kissed our knees!

Made for tomorrow: double batch of cranberry sauce, one blueberry cherry pie, and 11 floral designs - most rather large. (Made slowly while sitting over the last 3 days.) I also pulled a chair into the kitchen while stirring cranberry sauce this morning.

Looking forward to seeing how the table comes together. Happy Thanksgivukkah to all my AP pals! If you have nowhere to go come to our place!

i complain about the boring nature of biking, my pain, and how i'd rather be orienteering, but...at least i have my arms and legs and will eventually make a good recovery from this.
