Core DVD plus more leg stretches. Anything to avoid overheating today, as I feel overly tired out and like I need a rest. But I am certainly stretched out now!

TNT Media - had a little adventure running with Bob F on Tyler trails! Delish dinner as always and a big crew - Tom O, the 'Swedes, Sandy, Clem and Dasha and Bob. Saw some beautiful pics of Fudgefoot's AT hike. :) Very good night.

Some of the timings were a little off but I think I did it how I wanted to in general. This really makes a boring jog much more interesting! Oh, and I got a new pair of street shoes from the place that had my trophy. I think I've been wearing the wrong shoes for a long time, these felt SO good!
